woke up feeling a burnt sensation in my throat!!!no wonder i was coughing last nite.and i was woken up like twice in my sleep....bad!!!dun like to be woken up in my sleep!!!
at 1st thot it was jux dry throat,but after drinking a can of coke,it was still bad....and coughing...now it hurts even when i m not swallowing anything....haizzzz....think i better get prepared for some sickness..... -

sounds like throat infection...
if you feel sick you probably are...
see a doc.. about 4 to 5 days of antibiotics should clear it up
in the meantime, lay off the fizzy stuff, drink water and lay off the hard stuff too... kill or cure generally kills

3) luo han guo
4) Chrysantheman tea
5) Fruits esp. water melon
6) 'cooling' stuff

1) Take ice pack or cool pack and put on your forehead. Take medication and sleep. -

for fever actually i didput towel dipped in ice water on my forehead last nite....but it hardly helped.....thats why i went doctor this morning....cos the fever was like more than 38+ -
